The Mindful Clay Club wants to ensure that all work is returned to its maker. This policy outlines when, where, and how to contact us about collecting your work. Mindful Clay Club has limited space, and may need to discard work if it is not collected. Thank you for supporting Mindful Clay Club and respecting our collection policy!
Collections window
The collection window after pieces have been fired is 3 months. Pieces will be stored at Jolt, or for outreach sessions, will be delivered to the external venue. We will notify you via the Mindful Clay WhatsApp group, which you can join by putting your contact details on a sign-in sheet or adding Harriet at 07539960636 on WhatsApp. You may come at any time to collect the work from Jolt during open hours Monday-Friday, as you have prepaid for the work. Unclaimed pottery may be discarded, donated, or repurposed to make space for new work after this window. No refunds will be issued for uncollected pieces.
Getting your work back to you
For us to smoothly get your work back to you, please bear in mind the following;
1. Please label your work clearly with your initials or name.
2. Please sign in during sessions and leave your contact details
3. Please join the group WhatsApp for fast updates on work being available to collect
